Possible Three Sisters Springs Access
SeaDaddy’s holds a Special Use Permit for Three Sisters Springs. When manatee locations, water conditions and the group’s preferences make it appropriate, the tour may enter Three Sisters Springs. Entry is not guaranteed because every route follows current refuge rules and is chosen for the best possible wildlife experience.

Before You Book
Manatees are wild animals, so sightings and water conditions vary. Cancellation terms, guest requirements and optional upgrades are clearly shown during checkout before payment.

Check-in details
Guest must arrive by required check in time listed on each tour. Arrive with waivers completed for each person going on the boat. The waviers are required for each guest (s) to go on the boat. Wet suit’s are also required to enter the water.
Be prepared to show any prebooking information.
A electronic device is needed for wavier completion.
Your group must be present by the required check in time to go on the boat. (a partial group may go on the boat with out the other guests in their party)What to bring

Special requirements
An in-water guide is not guaranteed unless the guide package option is reserved in advance. Manatees are wild animals; interactions are not guaranteed and depend on the animals’ choices. Natural manatee encounter.
Restrictions
Not all-manatee interactions are controllable; guests must follow guide and refuge rules while on the water.

Tour takes place in a wildlife refuge; duration and animal behavior may vary. Seats are limited and can sell out due to small boat size.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All deposits will remain in effect until redeemed, must cancel 5 Days prior to departure to extend activation of deposits.
There are no refunds on bookings, we do not issue refunds instead you may receive a voucher for a return trip, to receive a voucher you will have to cancel 5 Days prior to your charter/tour departure date & time, the voucher would be valid for use up to one year from your cancellation date. (some exceptions may apply) If your tour or charter departure dates is with in 4 days and If a cancellation is required; no refunds nor vouchers will be granted. A $75 re-booking fee shall be applied per each six guests in any party. (1 person 75.00, 2 persons 75.00, 6 persons 75.00, 7 guests $ 150.00 re-booking fee) The cancellation policies we must enforce are not and should not be considered a punishment for guests instead please note that every tour company is a business and we must cover crew fees for bookings and cancellations.If WE cancel the charter based on, in climate weather, mechanical issues, or unsafe conditions, your deposit will remain active until redeemed and a re-booking or voucher will be issued ( with no expiration date) .
We are not responsible for poor planning nor are we responsible for missed or delayed flights nor traffic. IF WE must cancel a tour do to in climate weather a voucher will be issued. If you have to make a change to your reservation, Please note the following; Once we are within 4 Days our boat schedules are set, we have a 5 Day policy, you must notify us 5 days prior to your tour departure time including any cancellations, changes or edits made since the original booking, this policy extends to any bookings made within 5 Days of your departure time, any late arrivals missing the boat or required prep work. Any rebooking fee of $75.00 u.s. per each 6 guests in your party will apply.
We can not refund/issue rain checks nor reschedule late arrivals nor no shows for any reason you will be responsible for all monies owed/paid we can not make changes to the balance owed nor paid, Please allow for unexpected stops and traffic. You may cancel your booking with in 24 hours of making your reservation/booking with us however after 24 hours of making your reservation/booking we shall only offer a rain check and not a refund provided our policy is followed. We do suggest to our guest to purchase trip insurance from your reservation agent, your agent can offer you further details.IF WE must cancel a tour a voucher shall be issued for a return trip.
